Shipping Information

1. All items are wrapped in an anti-static bag to ward off static problems.
2. We use on brand-new shipping boxes to package our used products.
3. We fill the box with plenty of packing peanuts so your valuable purchase doesn't move around.
4. We ship only with UPS, so you know your item will arrive quickly and in great shape.
5. You'll receive email notification directly from UPS Quantum Ship Notify.

Same Day Shipping Policy: 

All UPS 3-Day and Next Day Air orders will ship the same business day if placed at or before 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. All Ground shipment orders will ship same day if place at or before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. All orders ship from California. 
Note: unless item is specified to ship in 2-3 days or 3-5 days.

International Orders:

UPS is our preferred shipping vendor. Please contact us for our International Shipping rates. A $15.00 packaging charge will be added if you would like us to bill to your shipping account number. Items such as PIX Firewalls with encryption software may only be shipped to certain countries as approved by the US Government.

Wire-transfer / paypal is the preferred payment method for all international orders.
